Clowning Around

Small orders are, and will forever be our bread & butter. But a signifigant amount of our business, (and the reason we are able to offer the discounted prices we do for all orders as a result of the amount of inventory we purchase & house), and the reason our business is thriving, is because of the large volume orders we get, whether it is 3k stretch chicken keychains that we filled a couple of days ago, or the order of 500 shock pens that was packed 2hrs ago, or all of the others that don’t get mentioned.
The details & pictures of the majority of these large orders and events aren’t shared pubicly, but every now and again some of them become too interesting not to share, especially when our products are used for a good and/or interesting cause.

A few weeks ago (Feb. 23rd & 24th), the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity @ the University of Denver, sold a little over 2,000 of our red clown noses for $1 each for their ‘Red Nose Day‘, and donated all of those proceeds to the Children’s Mircale Network. (Pictures of this event are posted above & below). As Nate Hess, the guy in charge of setting this event up put it, “this was one of the most successful philantrhopy events (the fraternity had put on) too date”. The clowning around continued throughout the 2 day event, and culminated at a local hockey game on the 24th, where over 500 people donned their noses. It truly is alot of fun to be involved in these sorts of events, even in such a small capacity.

[...] People do all sorts of creative and fun things with products they buy from us. But this is a first. A teacher recently bought a small flock of our economy chickens and, with the aid of a little spray paint, turned them all into trophies. I will be giving these out as awards after stuffing them with goodies. That way, my HS and JH students can honestly say that they won a pullet-zer prize while still in high school. [...]
