Strange Searches, Part Deux

December 29th, 2005 @ 10:55 am by zymetric

A few months ago we did a post about some of the strange and bizarre searches that people conduct through Zymetrical.com day to day. We thought we would come back to that now, and enlighten you with a new trove of weird searches, from December.

Now, just to clarify, our search feature is a very basic component that works mostly on meta tags & keyword attributes to find products that are relevant to your query. Typing “stink bombs” for example, will bring back not only, well stink bombs, but also related products such as fart spray, stink loads, etc.. Mind you, this isn’t simply a line or two of code that have been thrown together, but a complicated bundle of hundreds of interlaced expressions and variables, with alot of IF’s and ELSEIF’s and END IF’s in between. (We can actually view searches as they are happening, in real-time, among other things.) That being said however, simply put, we sell dog poop and other crap. We can not give you driving instructions to Tuscon, we don’t know where you can buy hard to find Faberge Eggs, and we can not advise you on how to get rid of your spouse. That isn’t to say that we don’t enjoy the searches just the same.

Here you have some of the more interesting searches people entered into Zymetrical.com for December, 2005.Strange Zymetrical.com Searches December
